2. Ordering and Delivery:

Delivery: We will deliver the requested fuel to the specified location and in the quantities specified in your order. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery site is accessible and safe for our drivers.
3. Pricing and Payment:
Pricing: Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We will provide you with a price quote before confirming your order.
Payment: Payment terms are specified in your invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or the suspension of services.
4. Quality and Quantity:

Quantity: We will deliver the quantity of fuel specified in your order. You are responsible for verifying the quantity upon delivery and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
5. Liability and Insurance:
Liability: Great Fuel Supply Services LLC is not responsible for any damages, losses, or accidents that occur during the delivery or use of our products. You are responsible for ensuring the safe handling and storage of the fuel.
Insurance: We maintain appropriate insurance coverage but recommend that you also have insurance in place to cover any potential liabilities related to our products or services.
6. Force Majeure:
Great Fuel Supply Services LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, or government actions.
7. Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition. Termination does not relieve the Customer of their obligation to pay for products and services provided before termination.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UAE. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
9. Entire Agreement:
